Challenge Center

Brief Description of Your Organization's Activities:: 
Challenge Center is a non-profit organization that provides exceptional neuro-rehabilitation on a sliding scale after insurance coverage has ended; and continues with specialized assisted and independent fitness services in a state of the art gym that can accomodate any functional level from dependent to wheelchair athletes. Services are provided on a sliding scale for low-income clients. To ensure that each client has a safe and effective regimine, assisted fitness clients are evaluated by a Physical Therapist who creates a customized exercise program designed to optimally address the clients' needs and goals.

The Challenge Center is committed to providing skilled physical therapy, specialized fitness and wellness programs to rehabilitate, realize the highest level of independence, and improve the quality of life for children, adults, and seniors with severe physical disabilities, as well as their families and caregivers.Challenge Center's Vision is to dramatically transform the quality of life of persons with severe mobility disorders through exceptional physical therapy, specialized fitness and wellness programs in an environment of hope and possibilities.
