Eli A. Wolff

Eli A. Wolff is the chair for the IFC Policy Workgroup.  Eli is also the director of the Inclusive Sports Initiative for the Institute for Human Centered Design and also works with Brown University and the University of Illinois. From 2004 to 2006, Eli led a global effort to include provisions addressing sport and recreation within the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and continues to work on the CRPD and inclusive sport for development. Eli has had a leadership role in the education and advocacy efforts for the federal guidance on inclusion of students with disabilities in school athletics, particularly within the NCAA. Eli contributed to the recent effort to establish the United States Olympians and Paralympians alumni association, and he helped to establish the ESPY Award for Best Male and Female Athlete with a Disability. Eli was a member of the United States Paralympic Soccer Team in the 1996 and 2004 Paralympic Games, and is a graduate of Brown University, currently pursuing his PhD through the German Sport University of Cologne.
