Spina Bifida Clinic at MUSC

Brief Description of Your Organization's Activities::

The Spina Bifida Clinic serves the medical needs of the pediatric and teen population with spina bifida and other spinal cord anomalies. The Spina Bifida Clinic recognizes the need for more activity in patients, and the need to continue physical conditioning throughout their lives. The Spina Bifida Clinic has no gym, classroom area, or even a rehabilitative service for patients to use, so Spina Bifida Clinic is interested in networking with others for a solution. Recently Spina Bifida Clinic has just started a teen activity group.

The Spina Bifida Clinic is mainly a hospital based program interested in enriching the lives of patients with activities that strengthen their bodies, keep them healthy and engaged socially as well.
