John Reiss, Editor of Transition Digest, a newsletter published by the Health Care Transition Initiative at the University of Florida, has issued a request for material. Any transition-related items are welcome for inclusion in the Digest. Community strategies to support transition are also important. These strategies can include topics such as pediatricians and adult providers receiving training to support transition, and youth representatives being included on local councils or coalitions.
