The mission of Central Park West Rehabilitation Center is to provide patients with expedient care of the highest quality delivered by teams of physical therapists and kinesiotherapists. Using a team approach, staff tries to alleviate pain and promote independence as well as educate and encourage patients to maintain their own level of wellness. Central Park West Rehabilitation Center provides physical therapy, aquatic therapy and occupational therapy to those in need and is reimbursed both by insurance and self-pay in a fully accessible facility. They also provide an array of Medical Fitness Programs supervised by kinesiotherapists on land and in the pool. This organization specializes in orthopedic, arthritis, geriatric, fitness and wellness, back care, work injury, health bladder/incontinence, balance and vestibular problems as well as fibromyalgia.
