The mission at the Exercise Connection Corporation is to educate parents, teachers, physicians and therapists about the importance of exercise in the lives of youth and adults with autism spectrum disorders. Exercise programs are one of the most under-utilized, yet effective, treatments for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Exercise with a child can be done anywhere, and gives the parent an opportunity to spend time with the child while being a role model for a physically active lifestyle. The Exercise Connection specializes in developing fitness programs for youth and adults with special needs and autism fitness programs. The Exercise Connection provides organizations the opportunity to become Partners of the Exercise Connection, host Workshops and will consult on the specific needs of your organization.
