As part of the Metro YMCAs of the Oranges', the mission at the West Essex YMCA is to enrich the lives of the children, families and communities served through programs that build spirit, mind and body.

The West Essex YMCA is a full facility YMCA serving over 6,000 members and 4,000 program participants. It has 2 childcare centers that provide care for almost 200 children ranging from infants through preschoolers. Additionally, over 750 children are served in before and after school programs in 16 schools.

Off-site Senior Fitness Classes are just one more way that the West Essex YMCA connects with the community. If active older adults can't come to the YMCA, staff will go to them!
