The Upper Main Line YMCA is committed to building strong kids, strong families and strong communities through a variety of family-oriented programs. The Upper Main Line YMCA works hard to enhance the lifestyle and values of the community by focusing on overall wellness and creation of a nurturing learning environment for character development. This supports the mission to enrich the community by building a healthy Spirit, Mind and Body for all.
The Upper Main Line Ability Center is at the heart of the YMCA mission for persons of all abilities. The Ability Center supports a variety of programs created to enable children and adults with disabilities to experience social, recreational and educational opportunities that may fit their interests. By providing an environment focusing on mind, body and spirit for everyone, the Upper Main Line YMCA recognizes that the joys of being active and involved should not be a privilege but a part of daily community life.
The goal at the Upper Main Line YMCA is to enhance participation by people of all ability levels by offering a range of opportunities including sports programs, arts and humanities classes, social outings and trips to fit with the various interests of all community members. The Upper Main Line YMCA is committed to including people of all abilities by creating many possibilities for participation!
