The mission of Accessibility Consultation and Training Services is to provide accessibility and Universal Design consultation on various projects. This organization works with clients to ensure compliance with the ADA and, in Illinois, the IAC by providing services ranging from sitting in on meetings, review of blueprints, site inspection, development of transition plans, and more.

Current clients and projects include:

• Western DuPage Special Recreation Association (WDSRA)
• Provide accessibility consulting and transition plan development for their 9 member park districts.
• Access to Recreation of Michigan
• Work as a project manager and write a grant for the Kellogg Foundation; organize a project to provide two new parks with Universal Design principles.
• Brookfield Zoo
• Develop a transition plan and review accessibility programming for guests with disabilities.
